The room ventilation could use improvement, as several guests noticed unpleasant odors, especially when the air conditioning was running. access to the beach is rocky and requires proper shoes for comfort, making it less enjoyable for casual visits. The buffet dinners were met with disappointment, with some guests deeming the quality inconsistent and suggesting alternative dining nearby. Lastly, parking availability during busy timelines could be a hassle, impacting overall convenience during your stay.

Stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere
The breathtaking views from our superior double room were a major highlight, especially during sunset! The breakfast offered a delightful variety of fresh produce, including local cheeses and made-to-order pastries, giving us a wholesome start to our day. the well-maintained pool area provided a tranquil environment to unwind after our adventures to the nearby beaches. the rocky access to the beach could be made easier for casual visitors by clearly marking paths or providing more information.

Had an awesome time! The staff here were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was huge and newly renovated, with a stunning sea view from the bed. The breakfast was delish with so many options! Just wish the pool area was a bit bigger since it felt cramped sometimes.

The location was stunning with amazing views, and we loved exploring nearby beautiful beaches. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the private pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. We also visited the Port of Kissamos, which was a fun day trip for the family.

the view from our executive suite was absolutely breath taking, and the private dipping pool was amazing! the food at breakfast was delish and had tons of options. The staff were super friendly and really attentive. we also loved the relaxing vibe of the place, making it perfect for a couple looking for some peace and quiet. the location is great for visiting balos lagoon, we even got to explore nearby beaches and didn't have to fight for sunbeds by the pool. overall, such a perfect get away!
the beach near the hotel could use some cleaning, and finding the laundry services was a bit tricky at first.

I really enjoyed the stunning views from my room at Balos Beach Hotel. The room itself was gorgeous, providing an ideal setting for relaxation. Waking up to the sunrise from my balcony was a highlight of my trip. The hospitality from the staff truly made a difference. they were attentive and made every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and I appreciated the ability to dine on-site despite exploring local restaurants. the beach conditions were a letdown. it looked dirty and unkempt compared to hotel photos. The facilities need some updates. for example, the pool area felt small and crowded at times. I experienced some inconveniences with the room, such as outdated shower fixtures. Despite being a gorgeous spot, I feel it could improve in several areas.
